Remuneration of the Board of Directors
The remuneration of the Members of the Board of Directors is to be determined by shareholders at the General Assembly. Currently plans regarding profit sharing, retirement and other similar subjects are not in effect.
As per Turkcell's Corporate Governance Guidelines, the Board, upon the recommendation of the Corporate Governance Committee together with its own determinations, is to decide on a proposal to the General Assembly of Shareholders whether Board Members will be remunerated and if such is the case, the form and amount of compensation to be paid to the Board members.
