Note 30- Operating leases

The Company entered into various operating lease agreements. For the years ended 31 December 2010 2009 and 2008, total rent expenses for operating leases were $301,309, $287,259 and $263,805 respectively.

The future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable leases are as follows:
